Lao Food

I don’t have the time nor the patience to cook fresh and from scratch every day like my grandmother and mother but I think I can do it at least once a week! Yes, once every seven days is do-able.

I’m trying, y’all. I really am.

  1. I travelled S.E.A. for many months and Lao food is the best! No frills amazing asian soul food I think is the best description I could come up with! I managed to put on a stone in a matter of weeks eating pumpkin curries, fried fish and banana fritters on Don Det (si phan don) on the Meekong. Would love some more recipies.. keep up the good work 🙂 Would return in a heartbeat if I could.. what’s it like travelling to Lao from Ireland with children?

    • To be honest, I’d have no clue – I have never been with or without children. I truly hope to change that someday soon though! 😉

I hope you’re able to follow along with my Lao recipes! I love hearing people enjoy good Lao cookin!

So, what do you think?
