Lao Food

I donโ€™t have the time nor the patience to cook fresh and from scratch every day like my grandmother and mother but I think I can do it at least once a week! Yes, once every seven days is do-able.

I’m trying, y’all. I really am.

  1. I travelled S.E.A. for many months and Lao food is the best! No frills amazing asian soul food I think is the best description I could come up with! I managed to put on a stone in a matter of weeks eating pumpkin curries, fried fish and banana fritters on Don Det (si phan don) on the Meekong. Would love some more recipies.. keep up the good work ๐Ÿ™‚ Would return in a heartbeat if I could.. what’s it like travelling to Lao from Ireland with children?

    • To be honest, I’d have no clue – I have never been with or without children. I truly hope to change that someday soon though! ๐Ÿ˜‰

I hope you’re able to follow along with my Lao recipes! I love hearing people enjoy good Lao cookin!

So, what do you think?
